Rebecca has been my coach over the last 18 months - a time which has seen my role change rapidly from overseeing a small Engineering team of 8, now to an Engineering Org. of 40+. She has helped me reflect on how my day-by-day activities should shift, how I should hand over responsibility to others, grow leadership in the team and helped me focus on future strategic changes which have been needed to support more and more team growth.
